  • Problem Awareness: Qapla'la! Analyze SoH'be'chugh work. List 5-10 repetitive tasks. Frequency? Duration? Standardized response? Necessary first!
  • Task Delegation: "Should AI do this? " — not "Can AI do this? " AI handles: documented answers, standardized processes. Humans handle: complaints, high-stakes decisions, emotional situations.
  • Description — Three Types: Product (what result? ), Process (what steps? decision points? ), Performance (tone? uncertainty? never do what? ). Precise description = successful {automation}.
  • Test Iteratively: Use actual work examples — 3-5 real emails or tasks. Discover gaps. Refine descriptions. Normal! Necessary!
  • Creation Diligence: Why appropriate for AI? What could fail? What's the impact? Answer before building.
  • Deployment Diligence: Review outputs before release. Sample periodically. Monitor problems. What triggers pause?
  • Transparency Diligence: Who knows AI involved? How disclose? What human options remain? Honest about role — especially if error occurs.
  • 4D Framework Together: All four dimensions (Awareness, Delegation, Description, Diligence) = repeatable, responsible {workflow automation}. Emily's gala email system — practical example!
